Careers at Camson Electric

Build More Than a Job. Build a Career.

Join a team that believes in mentorship, opportunity, and helping people grow in the electrical trade.

A Company Built on Opportunity

At Camson Electric, we believe great companies are built by investing in great people. Since 2007, we’ve focused on creating opportunities for team members to learn the trade, develop leadership skills, and build long-term careers in the electrical industry.

Our commitment to employee growth isn’t just something we talk about—it’s how we’ve built our company. Co-owners Mitchell Hall and David Hurst both joined Camson Electric early in their careers and worked their way into ownership through years of hard work, mentorship, training, and hands-on experience. Their journey reflects our vision: To Create Fair Opportunities for Our Team Members.

Whether you’re beginning your career as an apprentice or bringing years of experience to the trade, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a team that values growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
