Spencer Campbell
Founder & CEO
Since founding Camson Electric in 2007, Spencer Campbell has helped grow the company from a small family-owned electrical contractor into a trusted partner for residential, custom home, multi-family, commercial, and electrical service projects throughout Utah. His leadership focuses on creating opportunities for employees, building strong customer relationships, and maintaining a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Expertise
Spencer entered the electrical trade in 2001 and spent several years developing his skills across a wide range of residential and commercial electrical projects. After earning his Journeyman Electrician License and later his Master Electrician License in the state of Utah, he founded Camson Electric in March of 2007. Today, Spencer works alongside the company's leadership team to guide business development, strategic planning, customer relationships, and long-term company growth.
Personal Side
Spencer married his sweetheart and is the proud father of four children. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, exploring Moab, following soccer, and listening to classic rock. He remains passionate about creating a company where people can build meaningful careers and find opportunities for long-term success.

Brock Campbell
Co-Owner & Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Brock Campbell has played a key role in Camson Electric's growth since the company's earliest days. As the company's first employee, co-owner, and Chief Operating Officer, he helps ensure Camson's operations, people, and projects remain aligned with the company's vision and core values. His leadership supports a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement while helping the company deliver quality electrical services throughout Utah.
Expertise
Before joining Camson Electric, Brock served six years in the United States Air Force and completed three deployments. In 2007, he relocated his family from Washington to Utah to help his brother Spencer build the company from the ground up. Over the years, Brock has helped guide Camson's growth from a small three-person crew into a trusted electrical contractor serving residential, custom home, multi-family, commercial, and electrical service clients throughout Utah. As COO, he works closely with the leadership team to oversee operations, support company growth, strengthen customer relationships, and help create opportunities for employees to succeed.
Personal Side
Brock is married and the proud father of five children. He received his Master Electrician License in the state of Utah in 2017 and enjoys spending time with his family, attending Boston Red Sox games, and exploring Moab. Whether he's with family, friends, or coworkers, Brock values the relationships that have helped shape both his life and his career.

David Hurst
Co-Owner & Vice President – Custom and Commercial
As Vice President of Custom and Commercial and co-owner of Camson Electric, David Hurst plays a major role in the company's growth, leadership development, and commercial project operations. Dave joined Camson Electric after graduating from high school in 2009 and has worked his way up through the company from apprentice to owner through years of hands-on experience and leadership.
Since becoming part of the ownership team in 2021, Dave has helped strengthen company operations, support long-term growth, and continue building the strong culture Camson Electric is known for. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and helping employees continue to develop both personally and professionally.
Expertise
Dave has spent years developing hands-on experience in the electrical trade through residential electrical work, rewires, troubleshooting, and field leadership. Having worked his way up through the company from the ground level, he understands both the technical and operational sides of the business.
His experience helping lead crews and manage projects has helped strengthen Camson Electric's reputation for reliable work, accountability, and problem solving. Dave received his Master Electrician License in the state of Utah in 2024 and continues to focus on leadership, company growth, employee development, and building strong relationships with customers and team members alike.
Personal Side
Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He enjoys sports, off-roading, camping, and hunting, and values the strong relationships and team culture that have been built within Camson Electric over the years.

Mitchell Hall
Co-Owner & Vice President – Residential
As Vice President of Residential and co-owner of Camson Electric, Mitchell Hall plays a key role in the company's leadership, growth, and day-to-day residential operations. Mitchell joined Camson Electric in 2014 while still in high school and has grown with the company ever since.
Over the years, Mitchell has helped strengthen company operations, leadership development, and team culture while helping guide the long-term direction of the business. Since becoming one of the owners in 2021, he has helped bring a fresh perspective to the company and has been instrumental in helping Camson Electric continue to grow while maintaining the strong culture and accountability the company was built on.
Expertise
Mitchell specializes in residential electrical projects, customer relationships, field coordination, and helping ensure projects run efficiently from start to finish. Through years of hands-on experience in the field, he has developed strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of residential electrical systems, troubleshooting, and project execution.
He received his Residential Master Electrician License in the state of Utah in 2019 and continues to focus on improving company operations, supporting field crews, and building strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and employees. His leadership experience both in the field and in the office gives him a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to help projects run smoothly while maintaining a strong customer experience.
Personal Side
Mitchell married his high school sweetheart and enjoys spending time with his family whenever he is away from work. Outside of Camson Electric, he enjoys music, off-roading, shooting, and hunting. He values strong relationships, teamwork, and being part of a company culture that encourages growth, accountability, and long-term success.

Cal Blackham
Foreman – Residential
As Foreman of Camson Electric's Residential Division, Cal Blackham helps ensure residential projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards clients have come to expect from the Camson team. He works closely with crews, homeowners, and builders to keep projects organized, maintain quality, and support successful outcomes from start to finish.
Expertise
Cal joined Camson Electric in 2018 and quickly established himself as a dependable leader in the field. Through years of hands-on experience and a strong work ethic, he earned a promotion from Crew Lead to Foreman of the Residential Division in 2025. Today, Cal helps oversee residential field operations, supports project coordination, and provides leadership to crews working on a variety of residential electrical projects throughout Utah.
Personal Side
Cal takes pride in helping develop the next generation of electricians while supporting the success of his team. His leadership style reflects Camson Electric's commitment to mentorship, accountability, and creating opportunities for employees to grow within the company.

Louie Johnson
Foreman – Custom & Commercial
As Foreman of Camson Electric's Custom & Commercial Division, Louie Johnson helps lead projects that require careful planning, coordination, and attention to detail. He works closely with builders, project teams, and field crews to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining the quality and professionalism Camson Electric is known for throughout Utah.

Louie joined Camson Electric in 2020 and quickly became a trusted leader within the organization. Through his dedication, field experience, and ability to lead teams effectively, he earned a promotion from Crew Lead to Foreman of the Custom & Commercial Division in 2025. Today, Louie helps oversee field operations, coordinates project execution, and supports crews working on custom home and commercial electrical projects across Utah.

Louie enjoys being part of a team that values hard work, accountability, and continuous improvement. He takes pride in helping projects succeed, supporting crew development, and contributing to a company culture that encourages employees to grow both personally and professionally.

January Roundy
Office Manager
As Office Manager at Camson Electric, January Roundy helps support the daily operations that keep the company organized, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Since joining the Camson team in 2025, she has become an important part of helping coordinate communication, support office operations, and assist both customers and team members throughout the company.
January brings a people-focused approach to the office and helps create a welcoming and professional experience for customers, employees, and contractors alike. Her ability to stay organized and support multiple areas of the business helps contribute to the strong culture and teamwork Camson Electric values.
Expertise
January has a strong appreciation for the construction industry and enjoys being part of a company focused on growth, teamwork, and long-term relationships. In her role as Office Manager, she supports administrative operations, communication, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination that helps keep projects and office operations moving efficiently.
Her attention to detail and ability to support both field and office operations make her an important part of the Camson Electric team as the company continues to grow.
